Diane's Black Bean Salad

Editor's note: This recipe come to us from our daughter Diane, who loves all things Brazilian, including black beans!

Ingredients:
1-15 oz. can black beans, rinsed & drained (or 2 cups cooked black beans)
1-15 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained (or 2 cups frozen corn)
2 diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
3 green onions, chopped fine
juice of two limes

Combine above ingredients and add to taste:
salt and pepper
garlic powder
ground cumin
green Tabasco sauce

I love this salad! The flavors are very Southwestern, and it's a quick hot-weather meal. I serve it with corn chips as a dip. Great recipe!
